•   Check-in is strictly from 13:00 until 20:00. Late check-in after 20:00 is not possible.
  
• 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable. The remaining balance will be charged to the card provided on the day on arrival.
  
• Bookings are not accepted for same-sex groups of 3 or more persons.
  
• The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person/persons considered of detriment to other hotel guests or to the hotel premises.
  
• The accommodation should not be occupied by more persons than stated on the booking confirmation.
  
• The management will not be held responsible for valuables left on the premises. Car parking is at owners risk.
  

• Please inform The Sunningdale in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

 We do not collect any personal information from visitors to our website other than information that is knowingly and voluntary given. If you provide your email address to us, you agree that we may send information to you by email in relation to enquiries made.
